End of Shift Handover

At the end of your shift, you will likely have to hand over 'jobs'. These can range from simply chasing blood tests or CT scans to more time-consuming tasks such as patient reviews, fluid reviews or referrals. It is key that you give a succinct, efficient handover to your colleague to alleviate their workload.
